For customers:
PlanetPrompt is a database where you can get free prompts or buy our selected creators.
You will receive all prompts directly via download. The downloads are available indefinitely. No registration is necessary for free prompts. Paid prompts are made available in your account and as an e-mail (with link).
Unfortunately, in accordance with our general terms and conditions, we are unable to take back virtual prompts. Exceptions are defined here.
These agreements must be made individually with the respective seller. Please use the corresponding support portal for this.

For creators:
Selling prompts on PlanetPrompt is pretty easy. We have created an explanatory page for all interested creators. You can find it here.
We share the sales of the prompts fairly. The ratio is 1:10, i.e. 10% for PlanetPrompt and a full 90% for the creator.
We have set up a dedicated dashboard for all Creators. There you can see how many sales you have already made. There is also an overview of the prompts created in the pending process and those that have been released. You can also view various other information there.
We currently pay the corresponding commissions via PayPal.
On average, we need about 1 to 3 days until your prompt can be checked and released.
