I currently have a problem with ChatGPT and hope that you can help me. Whenever I send a new prompt input or chat to ChatGPT, I get the error message:
"Something went wrong. If this problem persists, please contact us via our Help Center at help.openai.com 7.7k."
This situation is very confusing. Since I switched to Plus last month, I haven't had to refresh the website after every request. However, a few days ago, after paying the next month's benefits, I had to revisit the website after every question.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this problem?
Is it perhaps related to my last payment?
And could it be because further payments are missing so that Plus users are being overlooked?
Despite thorough online research, I have not been able to find any solutions, explanations or reasons for this problem so far.
